The Global Markets Group of Bank of Ayudhya, or BAY, expects the baht this week (5-9 October 2026) to move in a range of 33.30-33.85 baht per dollar, after the baht closed weaker at 33.55 baht per dollar last week, trading in a range of 33.45-33.71 baht per dollar and touching its weakest level in two months. The dollar index hit its highest level since May 2025, while US bond yields set new cycle highs, even though PCE inflation data came in below expectations and the ISM manufacturing index fell in September. Foreign investors sold 26.769 billion baht of Thai stocks and 10.068 billion baht of Thai bonds respectively. On the domestic front, the market will monitor September inflation, while the Bank of Thailand reported a current account surplus of 2.4 billion dollars in August.

Krungsri expects baht to trade in 33.15-33.65 range this week, eyes global bond yields

The Global Markets group at Bank of Ayudhya (BAY) expects the baht to move within a range of 33.15 to 33.65 baht per dollar this week, compared with last week's close of 33.35 baht per dollar, when it traded between 33.11 and 33.49 baht per dollar. The dollar strengthened against all major currencies, while the 10-year US Treasury yield surged to its highest level in 19 years, amid volatile oil prices following reports of an attack on an alternative route for Saudi Arabia's oil exports that bypasses the Strait of Hormuz. The key drivers this week are US economic data, including the ISM manufacturing index and September non-farm payrolls, which, if strong, would reinforce the view that the Fed will keep monetary policy tight for an extended period and continue to support the dollar. Domestically, investors will watch August current account figures after the Commerce Ministry reported export growth of 24.3% year on year, while imports rose 25.1%, narrowing Thailand's trade deficit to 2.48 billion dollars in August. Foreign investors sold 3,584 million baht of Thai stocks but bought 469 million baht of bonds.
US-10Y.GB · Monetary · Positive 10-year US Treasury yield surged to a 19-year high as strong US data reinforces expectations the Fed keeps policy tight.

Phillip expects BAY's third-quarter 2569 profit at 8.2 billion baht, down 6.9%

Phillip Securities (Thailand) estimates that BAY will post net profit of approximately 8.2 billion baht in the third quarter of 2569, down 6.9% from the same period a year earlier and down 1.4% from the previous quarter, pressured by lower interest income following cuts in loan rates, as well as lower investment gains. Non-interest income is also likely to decline, and expenses are expected to rise. However, net profit for the first nine months of 2569 is expected to come in at 25.1 billion baht, up 2% from the same period a year earlier, supported by higher fee income and lower interest costs. As for the loan outlook, the research team expects BAY's loans in the third quarter of 2569 to contract by about 0.5% from the previous quarter, bringing loans back to a contraction of roughly 0.1% year-to-date compared with the end of 2568. The contraction in loans could pressure the non-performing loan ratio to rise from 3.08% in the second quarter of 2569. The research team maintains its net profit forecast for BAY in 2569 at 33.2 billion baht, up 4.7% from the same period a year earlier, and keeps its target price at 48 baht with a buy recommendation, citing the gap between the share price and fundamental value that remains at an attractive level.

Loans of 8 banks in August 2026 fall 0.1%, brokers recommend accumulating KTB and KBANK

Asia Plus Securities said that loans of the group of eight commercial banks at the end of August 2026 fell 0.1% month-on-month but were flat quarter-on-quarter, and rose 2.3% year-to-date, close to the research house's assumption of 3% year-on-year loan growth at year-end. The recovery is not yet broad-based across the group. KTB and TISCO grew 0.3% month-on-month, followed by KBANK and TTB at 0.2% month-on-month, supported by KTB's government loans and large corporate loans. BBL fell 0.7%, BAY fell 0.6% and KKP fell 0.6% on debt repayments after earlier drawdowns. SCB fell 0.1% because of retail loans across hire purchase, housing, CARDX and AUTOX. Deposits for the group rose 0.5% month-on-month and 2.0% year-to-date at almost every bank, with the loan-to-deposit ratio close to the prior period-end level of 83.5%, reflecting ample liquidity to support loan growth. Year-to-date loan momentum stood at 6.4% for KTB, 3.9% for KKP and 3.0% for KBANK, better than the banks' own targets and above the research house's full-year assumptions. Every 1% change in loans changes profit by about 1%. The research house maintains its view that group loans will return to growth of 3% year-on-year this year, compared with an average decline of 1% in 2024-2025, and estimates group net profit in the third quarter of 2026 will grow quarter-on-quarter, supported by a recovery in net interest income at large banks after interest rates stabilised. KTB has a positive factor from mark-to-market gains on THAI shares, whose cost basis remains low. On a year-on-year basis, KKP is seen growing more strongly than the group after its low third-quarter 2025 profit base of 1.7 billion baht, compared with an average of 2 billion baht per quarter in the first half of 2026. On strategy, it recommends using share price volatility from fund flows to accumulate KTB, followed by KBANK, while BBL is a catch-up play at a price-to-book value of 0.6 times versus 1.2 times for the group, and recommends buying KKP on stronger third-quarter 2026 earnings momentum than the group.
KBANK.BK · Capital · Positive KBANK loans grew 0.2% month-on-month with year-to-date momentum of 3.0%, above its own target and the research house's assumption, and it is recommended for accumulation.
KTB.BK · Capital · Positive KTB loans grew 0.3% month-on-month on government and large corporate loans, with year-to-date momentum of 6.4% above target, plus mark-to-market gains on THAI shares; it is recommended for accumulation.
KKP.BK · Capital · Positive KKP year-to-date loan momentum of 3.9% beats its target and it is seen growing more strongly year-on-year off a low Q3 2025 profit base.
BAY.BK · Capital · Negative BAY loans fell 0.6% month-on-month on debt repayments after earlier drawdowns, a negative for profit given every 1% loan change moves profit ~1%.
BBL.BK · Capital · Negative BBL loans fell 0.7% month-on-month on debt repayments after earlier drawdowns, weighing on profit via the ~1% loan-to-profit sensitivity.
SCB.BK · Capital · Negative SCB's loans fell 0.1% m/m in August 2026 due to retail loans across hire purchase, housing, CARDX and AUTOX, and every 1% change in loans changes profit by about 1%.

Fitch Ratings has revised Thailand's credit rating outlook from Negative to Stable while affirming the rating at BBB+, an investment grade level. As a result, bank stocks rose across the board at 3:00 p.m., led by KBANK up 2.77% to 260.00 baht on trading value of 3.83 billion baht, followed by BAY up 2.61% to 39.25 baht, SCB up 2.30% to 156.00 baht, CREDIT up 1.32% to 23.00 baht, BBL up 1.29% to 196.00 baht, KTB up 1.11% to 45.50 baht, and TISCO up 0.39% to 128.00 baht. Kasikorn Securities flags ESG as turning point for Thai stock profits, names 10 beneficiaries

Kasikorn Securities, or KS, said in a research note that ESG is entering an era in which it genuinely affects financial outcomes, and unveiled 10 stocks set to benefit from the ESG transition. The Stock Exchange of Thailand is preparing to move from SET ESG Ratings to the FTSE Russell ESG Scores framework, with listed companies due to learn their own scores in 2026 and public disclosure beginning in 2027. Preliminary statistics from the 2025 FTSE Russell ESG Scores assessment show that 222 Thai listed companies averaged 3.6 out of 5, placing them at a Good practice level, with the utilities, healthcare, and oil and gas sectors scoring most strongly. KS said ESG development is reaching a regulatory level that will affect profits and ROIC through a carbon pricing mechanism with a pilot price of 200 baht per tonne of carbon equivalent, a planned emissions trading system trial in 2029-2030, the EU CBAM measure, and the IFRS S1/S2 standards and Thailand Taxonomy. A study of SET100 stocks found that high ESG-rated shares do not always trade at more expensive PER or PBV multiples or post higher EPS growth, but that good ESG enhances investability through liquidity and the shareholding of foreign and institutional investors. The case of DELTA, which was removed from the SETESG index, reflects how money from ESG-linked funds affects short-term price volatility. The 10 standout stocks span five themes: renewable energy business expansion, GULF, BCPG and CKP; green industrial infrastructure, WHA and AMATA; ESG data services and carbon management, DITTO and BBIK; sustainable finance, BAY and TTB; and the circular economy, SCGP.

4 Bank Executives: Thai Finance Moves Toward Digital Trust to Attract Global Capital

At The Bangkok Business Summit 2026 seminar, four top bank executives outlined the next steps for Thailand's financial system, pointing out that the transition to the digital era must focus on building digital trust to attract investment and drive the economy. Dr. Pitti Tantaksem, Chief Executive Officer of TMBThanachart Bank, said Thailand has succeeded in shifting payments to digital, with PromptPay transactions averaging over 100 million per day, but faces fraud risks. Therefore, a decentralized data infrastructure is needed to reduce the cost of trust, which currently accounts for up to 50% of revenue. Meanwhile, Mr. Siam Prasitsirikul from Bank of Ayudhya discussed the PromptBiz platform, which helps SMEs access credit faster and is expected to boost GDP growth by an additional 1% to 2% per year. Krungsri expects MPC to hold interest rate at 1% throughout 2026

Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri) expects the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) to hold the policy interest rate at 1% throughout 2026, viewing that a rate hike or cut is difficult due to limited policy space, and that using interest rate policy alone cannot solve structural problems. A senior director of the Global Markets division said that targeted measures, such as resolving debt for vulnerable groups and enhancing liquidity for SMEs, are more appropriate. He also recommended attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to enhance competitiveness and escape the low and uneven economic growth. He noted that the Thai economy expanded 2.4% in the first half of the year, but private consumption remains weak, and SME loans have contracted for 16 consecutive quarters. Meanwhile, the baht is likely to strengthen slightly, with Krungsri estimating a range of 32.25-33.75 baht per US dollar. It also expects the Fed to hold rates this year, although some in the market expect one hike.
USDTHB.FOREX · Monetary · Negative Krungsri expects baht to strengthen slightly, estimating 32.25-33.75 per USD, implying USD weakens relative to THB.
BAY.BK · Monetary · Neutral Krungsri expects MPC to hold rates at 1% through 2026, which may affect Bank of Ayudhya's net interest margin but is not directly discussed.

Phillip expects BAY and TTB to have opportunities to increase dividend payout this year

Phillip Securities (Thailand) stated in its analysis that the dividend payout ratio of banking stocks that announced interim dividends for the first half of the year increased from the previous year. BAY increased to 26.1% from 18.6%, KKP increased to 70.4% from 51.4%, and TTB increased to 74% from 63.7%, while TCAP decreased to 33% from 36.1%. The research department expects that BAY and TTB are the most likely to increase their payout ratios this year. As for KKP, although its first-half payout was higher than the previous year, its high payout of 81.6% last year may limit further increases. TCAP, whose payout in 2025 was below the group average, still has room to increase. Compared with yesterday's closing price, KKP, which paid an interim dividend of 3.25 baht per share, has the highest dividend yield in the group at 2.8%, followed by TTB, which paid 0.081 baht per share, representing 2.7%, while BBL, which paid 2 baht per share, has the lowest yield at 1%. The research department maintains a neutral rating on the banking group. Although NPLs may increase, loans are still able to grow, and stable interest rates have caused interest rate spreads to begin to improve. It selects KBANK as the top pick. Although its payout is not the highest, it is expected to pay the highest dividend in 2026 at 15 baht per share, representing a dividend yield of 6%, and may also pay special dividends this year. Therefore, it recommends accumulating shares with a fundamental price of 261 baht.
BAY.BK · Capital · Positive BAY's interim dividend payout ratio increased to 26.1% from 18.6%, and Phillip expects it to increase further this year.
TTB.BK · Capital · Positive Phillip expects TTB to increase dividend payout ratio this year, and its interim dividend yield is 2.7%.
KBANK.BK · Capital · Positive KBANK is top pick with expected highest dividend in 2026 at 15 baht/share, yield 6%, and possible special dividends.
KKP.BK · Capital · Neutral KKP's payout ratio increased to 70.4% but high prior payout may limit further increases; highest yield at 2.8%.
TCAP.BK · Capital · Positive TCAP's payout below group average, still has room to increase, though its payout decreased to 33%.
BBL.BK · Capital · Neutral BBL mentioned only for its dividend yield of 1%, lowest in the group; no specific outlook given.

Krungsri Research raises Thailand 2026 GDP forecast to 2.1%

Krungsri Research has revised up its forecast for Thailand's economic growth in 2026 to 2.1%, from 1.9% previously, supported by private investment, exports, and government measures. However, risks remain from geopolitics, US tariff measures, and El Niño. The Thai economy expanded 1.9% year-on-year in the second quarter, better than expected, although it slowed from the previous quarter. Accelerating imports led to the first current account deficit in eight quarters. Krungsri Research expects private investment to be boosted by BOI and FDI, as well as the Thailand FastPass project. Exports are expected to grow in sectors related to AI and electronics, but the overall picture may slow due to weak global demand. The tourism sector is recovering gradually. Private consumption is likely to slow in the final quarter, despite the "Thai Teaw Thai Plus" measure worth 3.50 billion baht, which is smaller than the "Thai Chuay Thai Plus" measure worth 120 billion baht. The Monetary Policy Committee is expected to keep the interest rate at 1.00% per annum for the rest of the year. Dr. Pimnara Hirankasi, head of economic research at Krungsri, said that positive factors from the second quarter and government measures, but El Niño may affect the agricultural sector. Future challenges include geopolitical tensions, uncertainty over US trade measures, and structural constraints.
BAY.BK · Monetary · Neutral Krungsri Research (Bank of Ayudhya's research arm) raised Thailand's 2026 GDP forecast and expects the MPC to hold rates at 1.00%, a macro backdrop for the bank.

AMEX partners with 3 Thai banks to expand card acceptance network

American Express has announced partnerships with Kasikornbank (KBank), Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya), and Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) to expand its card acceptance network in Thailand. The goal is to enable both foreign and Thai cardholders to use their cards at a wider range of merchants, especially in major tourist destinations and everyday spending categories. This collaboration is part of AMEX's global strategy, which currently includes over 170 million merchant locations worldwide and 152.8 million cards in force as of the end of 2025. Annual spending on AMEX cards is approximately three times higher than other cards globally. However, a key challenge is the merchant discount rate (MDR), which ranges from 3.00% to 3.65% per transaction, significantly higher than the 0.55% charged on typical Thai credit and debit cards, potentially making smaller merchants hesitant to participate.

BAY expects BOT to hold rate at 1% for several quarters

Bank of Ayudhya (BAY) revealed that the baht moved steadily near 32.72 baht per dollar after the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) unanimously voted to keep the policy rate at 1.00% per year, as the market expected. It also assessed that the MPC will maintain the low rate for several more quarters to support still-weak domestic demand. The MPC noted that economic expansion is benefiting from the upcycle in technology and AI, but remains low and uneven, with the economy expected to grow 2.3% and 1.8% in 2026 and 2027, respectively. While exports and private investment expanded better than expected, private consumption was below expectations, and general inflation pressures in 2026 and 2027 are expected to be lower than previously assessed. BAY expects the MPC to hold the rate at 1.00% for several quarters ahead, as economic growth below potential and weak domestic demand will limit the pass-through of higher cost prices. The next MPC meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2026.

Bank of Thailand Holds Rate at 1.0%, Says Fiscal Policy Needed to Boost Economy

The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) voted unanimously to keep the policy interest rate at 1.0% per annum. Mr. Don Nakornthap, MPC Secretary, revealed that the Thai economy began to temporarily slow in the second quarter, growing at 1.9%, and is expected to recover to its peak in the third quarter, with growth exceeding 3% driven by economic stimulus measures, especially the "Thai Chuay Thai Plus" project. The MPC views that further rate cuts would not be cost-effective, as monetary policy has limitations, and it is necessary to use targeted measures focusing on two fronts: restructuring and reducing household debt burden, and helping SMEs gain better access to credit. Meanwhile, fiscal policy is more important than monetary policy in the long run. Krungsri Global Markets noted that the baht is stable near 32.72 baht per dollar and expects the MPC to hold rates at 1.00% for several more quarters, as economic growth is below potential.

BAY expects MPC to hold rate at 1%, watching baht strengthen to 32.40

Bank of Ayudhya expects the Monetary Policy Committee to keep the policy rate at 1.00% at its meeting on 26 August 2026, because the economy is expanding below potential and inflation may accelerate temporarily but is expected to return to the target range within the first half of 2027. The National Economic and Social Development Council reported that GDP in the second quarter of 2026 grew 1.9% from a year earlier, slowing from 2.8% in the first quarter of 2026 but above market expectations, and raised its 2026 GDP forecast to 2.2% from 2.0%. For the baht this week, 24 to 28 August 2026, Bank of Ayudhya sees a range of 32.40 to 33.00 baht per dollar, after the baht closed stronger at 32.68 baht per dollar last week, touching its strongest level in two months, even as foreign investors sold Thai stocks and bonds worth 3.456 billion baht and 3.922 billion baht respectively. The dollar weakened against all major currencies after the US Treasury announced it would expand buybacks of long-term government bonds with maturities of 10 to 30 years from 2 billion dollars to at least 4 billion dollars, effective from 9 September to 4 November, reflecting policymakers' concerns and readiness to intervene further in the market. Broker upgrades BAY to “Buy” after 2Q26 profit misses estimates

Bank of Ayudhya, or BAY, reported second-quarter 2026 net profit of 8.3 billion baht, down 3.8 percent from the previous quarter and flat year-on-year, missing analyst forecasts by 9 percent. Pressure came from non-interest income, which fell 4.5 percent quarter-on-quarter, as investment gains, debt recovery income from the Clear Debt, Move Forward programme, and gains on asset sales declined. As a result, pre-provision operating profit dropped 2.9 percent from the prior quarter, even though net interest income slipped only 0.3 percent quarter-on-quarter and the net interest margin widened to 4.65 percent, helped by deposit cost management. The cost-to-income ratio stood at 45.5 percent, while provisioning expenses were stable. For the first half of 2026, net profit reached 16.9 billion baht, up 6.8 percent year-on-year, representing 52.3 percent of the full-year estimate. Total loans grew 0.4 percent from end-2025, or 0.8 percent excluding the impact of the HCID status change, supported by corporate loans which expanded 6.0 percent from end-2025, particularly in AI and electronics. SME loans contracted 4.2 percent from end-2025, and retail loans fell 2.0 percent from end-2025, remaining soft amid an uneven economic recovery. Asset quality, however, stayed resilient, with the non-performing loan ratio declining to 3.08 percent and the coverage ratio rising to 137.9 percent, even though credit costs came in at 2.36 percent, slightly above the target range due to additional provisioning to cushion against economic uncertainty. Analysts upgraded the stock to “Buy” with a year-end 2027 target price of 47.50 baht, based on a price-to-book value of 0.8 times. Key positives include a growing electric vehicle loan book, expected to reach around 10 to 15 percent of the auto loan portfolio, which currently accounts for about 25 percent of total loans. There is also an expectation of a higher dividend payout ratio from the current 30 percent, which is the lowest in the sector, given that the peer average payout ratio is 66 percent. BAY is seen as having room to raise its payout in line with the trend of increasing shareholder returns. The dividend yield for 2026 to 2028 is forecast at 3.1 to 3.4 percent, compared with the sector average of 5.6 percent, and an interim dividend for the first half of 2026 is expected at 0.40 baht per share.

BAY Recommends Investment Strategy for Second Half of 2026 Amid Global Economic Slowdown, Emphasizing Diversification and Long-Term Investing

Bank of Ayudhya, or BAY, has revealed its investment outlook for the second half of 2026, advising investors to build a core portfolio focused on diversification and long-term investing, along with a satellite portfolio to capture higher return opportunities, against a backdrop of a slowing but not recessionary global economy. Dr. Napat Jatusripitak, founder and CEO of Siametrics Consulting, noted that AI agents will be a key turning point for global productivity, changing the nature of work rather than replacing jobs, and that investment opportunities from the AI theme span the entire ecosystem from infrastructure to enterprises that leverage AI to create added value. Mr. David Chao, global market strategist at Invesco, views the global economy in 2026 as slowing due to Middle East conflicts and high energy prices, but believes this is a delay in recovery rather than a recession, and expects the US Federal Reserve to resume rate cuts once inflation eases, while maintaining a positive outlook on global equities, especially the AI theme and emerging markets such as Taiwan, South Korea, and China. Mr. Hal Clark, senior portfolio manager at Invesco, emphasized that AI is still in the early stages of its growth cycle, and investment opportunities are not limited to large technology companies but cover the entire ecosystem supported by continuously increasing AI infrastructure investment. For the core and satellite portfolio strategy presented by Mr. Wirat Wittayasrithada, head of investment strategy and advisory at Bank of Ayudhya, and Mr. Varitthorn Thanavanichkul from Invesco, the core portfolio recommends funds KF-WORLD-INDX, KFUSINDX, KFGDA, and KFGDB for diversification and long-term investing, while the satellite portfolio recommends funds KF-SP500M, KFHTECH, KF-GEI, KKP EWUS500-UH, and SCBDJI to enhance return potential.

BAY upgrades FX services this year for volatile market era, highlighting digital and new currencies

Bank of Ayudhya, or BAY, announced an upgrade of its foreign exchange services this year to cope with global financial market volatility, focusing on digital and new currencies. Hirotaka Kuroki, Head of Global Markets, revealed that Krungsri's profit from trade and foreign exchange transactions grew at a compound annual growth rate of 16 percent over the past five years. While Thailand's import and export value grew over 60 percent in the past decade, FX transaction volume through commercial banks grew only 5.7 percent, reflecting changes in business sector behavior. Krungsri Global Markets has therefore set three strategies for 2026: upgrading to full Digital FX via online channels and FX API, expanding services for new currencies such as South Korean won, UAE dirham, and Saudi riyal, which were already launched in the fourth quarter of 2025, and developing risk management and investment solutions by leveraging AI and automation to support FX dealers.

Krungsri reveals Thai businesses' use of alternative currencies surges 132.5%, entering multi-currency era

Bank of Ayudhya has disclosed that Thai businesses are increasingly turning to alternative currencies beyond the US dollar and yen, with imports using alternative currencies growing by as much as 132.5% and exports growing by 87.7% compared to 2022, clearly reflecting the entry into a multi-currency era. This is particularly driven by rising demand for the Chinese yuan, in line with Bank of Thailand statistics on imports from China, as well as other currencies in the Middle East and Asia, such as the South Korean won, the UAE dirham, and the Saudi riyal. Although alternative currencies are growing strongly, the US dollar remains the dominant currency with the highest share, followed by the euro and yen. Mr. Hirotaka Kuroki, Head of Global Markets, said that the future competitiveness of Thai businesses will include the ability to manage exchange rate risk, and outlined a three-pronged strategy: upgrading digital services, delivering multi-currency solutions, and developing hedging tools. For first-half performance, the business generated income from financial instruments measured at fair value of up to 4.4 billion baht, growing around 13 to 14 percent from the same period last year, supporting the bank's overall net profit expansion of around 6.8 to 7 percent. On the baht, Ms. Rung Sanguanruang, Senior Director of Global Markets Planning, noted that since the beginning of the year it has moved in a range of 30.90 to 33.80 baht per dollar, its weakest in 15 months, and has depreciated by more than 6 percent. It is expected to move in a range of 32.00 to 34.00 baht per dollar in the fourth quarter, while maintaining Thailand's GDP forecast at 1.9 percent and foreign tourist arrivals at 32.5 million. Meanwhile, foreign investors have turned to net buying in Thai stocks and bonds, bucking the regional trend, supported by energy prices passing their peak, signs of a new investment cycle, expanding tech exports, seasonal tourism momentum, and confidence-building monetary and fiscal policies. The Monetary Policy Committee is expected to keep the policy rate at 1 percent for several more quarters.
BAY.BK · Demand · Positive Surge in alternative currency usage drives demand for Bank of Ayudhya's multi-currency solutions and hedging tools, boosting income from financial instruments.

Krungsri points to surging oil prices pressuring baht, but foreign capital still flowing into Thai capital markets

Bank of Ayudhya revealed that the baht continues to weaken due to surging global crude oil prices driven by tensions in the Middle East. In the first five months of this year, Thailand posted a current account deficit of as much as 12.8 billion US dollars from expensive oil imports. Meanwhile, international reserves declined after the Bank of Thailand intervened to manage the currency, but remain at a level sufficient to cover about six months of imports. The Global Markets Group expects the baht may strengthen slightly in the final quarter of the year and move in a range of 32 to 34 baht per US dollar if the Fed holds rates and the trade balance improves. It also sees the Monetary Policy Committee keeping the policy rate at 1 percent for several more quarters to support the economy and household debt. Despite the weaker baht, Thai capital markets continue to be supported by sustained foreign inflows into both equity and bond markets, driven by political stability, attractive equity valuations, and a surge in investment promotion applications, especially in data center technology and cloud services.
