It also provides technology-enabled services such as AsureMarketplace, HR compliance services, AsurePay, and insurance brokerage services. The company was formerly known as Forgent Networks Inc. and changed its name to Asure Software, Inc. in September 2007. It was incorporated in 1985 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
