Robo.ai to acquire QC Capital in $60 million all-share deal

Robo.ai has agreed to acquire 100% of QC Capital, also known as Quantum Core, for $60 million in an all-share transaction. The UAE-based company will pay the purchase price through newly issued Class B ordinary shares, which will be subject to a vesting and release schedule of up to eight years.
