It operates in two segments: Community Banking and Trust and Investment Services. The company offers various deposit accounts, loans, mutual funds, annuities, and insurance products, and also acts as an investment adviser to a family of mutual funds. Founded in 1870 and headquartered in Wheeling, West Virginia, it operates branches and ATMs in West Virginia, Ohio, western Pennsylvania, Kentucky, southern Indiana, Michigan, and Maryland.
