Worksport Launches COR Portable Energy System on Amazon Marketplace

Worksport Ltd. announced that its WorksportCOR Portable Energy System is now available for purchase through Amazon's online marketplace, opening a new sales channel beyond the company's own web platform. The COR delivers up to 2,000 watts of AC output and uses swappable, 960-watt-hour lithium iron phosphate battery packs, with the starter bundle including one inverter and one battery currently listed at $799 on Worksport's website. The launch follows Worksport's previously announced completion of COR's North American certification process, including key UL and CSA approvals, and the company said it will evaluate distribution of the Worksport SOLIS Solar Folding Truck Bed Cover via Amazon in Q4 2026. Chief Executive Officer Steven Rossi said the Amazon channel gives Worksport another way to reach customers and establish the company in the portable-energy market, a category Persistence Market Research forecasts will grow from approximately $1.8 billion globally in 2026 to $4.9 billion by 2033, a projected compound annual growth rate of 15.4%. Rossi added that Worksport will evaluate expanding into other Amazon markets in South America and Europe as it grows COR sales through the marketplace.

Worksport targets 2026 cash flow breakeven with $12M-$12.9M quarterly revenue sensitivity at 35% gross margin

Worksport outlined a path to sustainable operating cash flow breakeven in 2026, using a sensitivity analysis that shows quarterly revenue of approximately $12 million to $12.9 million at a 35% gross margin would fully cover its pre-working capital cost structure. CEO Steven Rossi said the company may achieve momentary operational cash flow positivity within Q3 2026, while CFO Jennifer Kartychak reported Q2 net sales of $5.2 million, up 27% year-over-year and 58% sequentially, with gross margin expanding to about 32% despite tariff and input cost pressures. The company held $1.2 million in cash and $820,000 in remaining credit line availability at quarter-end, and its 10-Q continues to disclose substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. Rossi noted the NEXUS product line reached $1 million in cumulative sales in about 10 weeks and generated nearly $1.5 million in July orders, while new distribution partnerships with Meyer Distributing and Tri-State Enterprises are expected to broaden wholesale access.
