TWFG raises 2026 revenue outlook to $300M-$320M on strong Q2 results

TWFG raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $300 million to $320 million, up from a prior range of $285 million to $300 million, following a second quarter in which total revenues grew 45.1% to $87.5 million. The company now expects organic revenue growth of 13% to 17%, compared with 10% to 15% previously, and adjusted EBITDA margins of 23% to 27%, up from 22% to 25%. Chairman and CEO Richard Bunch highlighted that organic revenue growth reached 37% in the quarter, while adjusted EBITDA rose 75.8% to $26.6 million with margin expansion of 530 basis points to 30.4%. Commission income increased 290% quarter-over-quarter and now represents 35% of total revenues, driven by strong MGA performance. The company also completed the acquisition of Fortress Insurance Services on May 1 and has nearly finished its $50 million share repurchase program, having bought back approximately $42.9 million in shares at an average price of $19 per share, retiring about 15% of its pre-program Class A share count. Management noted that any additional M&A activity in the second half of the year is not included in the updated guidance and could provide further upside.
