It owns and operates a fleet of dry bulk vessels that transport bulk cargoes such as coal, grain, and iron ore. The fleet consists of 45 vessels: 8 Panamax, 12 Kamsarmax, 17 post-Panamax, and 8 Capesize class vessels, with an aggregate carrying capacity of 4,559,000 deadweight tons. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is based in Monaco.
