Pelagos Insurance Capital Limited provides insurance and reinsurance solutions in Bermuda, the Republic of Ireland, and the United Kingdom. It operates in two segments: Insurance and Reinsurance. The Insurance segment offers property, marine, asset backed finance and portfolio credit, aviation and aerospace, political risk, violence and terror, energy, cyber, and other insurance risk products, while the Reinsurance segment provides property, retrocession, and whole account reinsurance solutions. The company was formerly known as Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited and changed its name to Pelagos Insurance Capital Limited in May 2026. It was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in Pembroke, Bermuda.
