Mueller Industries, Inc. manufactures and sells copper, brass, and aluminum products across the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Asia, the Middle East, and Mexico. It operates through three segments: Piping Systems, Industrial Metals, and Climate. The Piping Systems segment offers copper tubes, fittings, line sets, and pipe nipples, and resells steel pipe, brass and plastic plumbing valves, malleable iron fittings, faucets, and plumbing specialties to wholesalers, distributors, building material retailers, and air-conditioning OEMs. The Industrial Metals segment supplies brass, bronze, and copper alloy rods, forgings, valves, and machined components to industrial, construction, plumbing, refrigeration, utility, telecommunication, electrical transmission and distribution, and HVAC markets. The Climate segment provides valves, protection devices, brass fittings, coaxial heat exchangers, twisted tubes, and insulated HVAC flexible duct systems to wholesalers and OEMs in the HVAC and refrigeration markets. Founded in 1917, Mueller Industries is headquartered in Collierville, Tennessee.
