In these arrangements, the tenant is responsible for facility maintenance, required insurance, property taxes, utilities, and other services for the leased properties and the businesses conducted on them. The company also provides loans with fixed or variable returns that may convert into leased rent upon project completion or stabilization. It was established on February 13, 2013, incorporated in 2013 in Pennsylvania, and is based in Wyomissing, United States.
