The company markets primarily under the ENERPAC, HYDRATIGHT, LARZEP, DTA the Smart Move, and SIMPLEX brands. Formerly known as Actuant Corporation, it changed its name to Enerpac Tool Group Corp. in January 2020. Incorporated in 1910, it is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
