Banc of California, Inc. is the bank holding company for Banc of California, providing banking and treasury management services in the United States. It offers deposit products such as checking, savings, money market, demand, and retirement accounts, as well as time deposits, certificates of deposit, and safe deposit boxes. The company also provides real estate loans, commercial loans and leases, and consumer loans, along with electronic payment services and investment management services. Founded in 1941 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California, it serves small and middle-market businesses, venture capital and private equity firms, non-profit organizations, business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and high-net worth individuals through branches in California, Denver, Colorado, and Durham, North Carolina, and regional offices in the United States.
