PowerTECH Subsidiary to Acquire Full Stake in Northstar Technologies for $10 Million

PowerTECH's wholly owned subsidiary, Hong Kong PowerTECH Industrial Limited, will acquire a 100% stake in Northstar Technologies Limited for $10 million.
