Debi Group first-half net profit attributable to parent falls 54% to 3.66 million yuan, recurring loss widens

Debi Group released its 2026 half-year report. Net profit attributable to the parent in the first half was 3.66 million yuan, down 54.1% year-on-year. Recurring net loss attributable to the parent was 6.46 million yuan, widening from a loss of 2.96 million yuan in the same period last year. Operating revenue was 597 million yuan, down 0.9% year-on-year. Net operating cash flow was 332 million yuan, down 3.4% year-on-year. In the second quarter, net profit attributable to the parent was 5.57 million yuan, down 6.7% year-on-year, but recurring net profit attributable to the parent turned positive at 1.89 million yuan, reversing a loss of 2.43 million yuan in the same quarter last year. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets stood at 5.219 billion yuan, down 3.9% from the end of the previous year. Net assets attributable to the parent were 1.186 billion yuan, up 0.1% from the end of the previous year. The company stated that by boosting non-rental revenue, building a membership system, and digital-driven cost reduction and efficiency gains, half-year results have reversed the downward loss trend since the second half of 2025, with overall occupancy rates gradually recovering. In terms of business model, the company is transitioning from lease-based operations to cooperative operations and an asset-light model. In the secondary market, as of the close on July 30, Debi Group's share price had fallen more than 34% year-to-date.
