Ultrasonic Electronics Clarifies Nvidia Supply Rumors, Warns of Overheating Trading Risk After Three Limit-Ups in Five Days

Ultrasonic Electronics issued an abnormal stock trading fluctuation announcement on the evening of September 13, explicitly clarifying that market rumors about its supplying Nvidia are untrue. The company stated that the market rumor that Ultrasonic Electronics' high-frequency boards passed Nvidia certification is not true, and the company currently has no products supplied to Nvidia. Regarding the PCB business supporting optical modules, the company explained that PCBs supporting 800G and 1.6T optical modules are currently in the research and development follow-up stage, and there is uncertainty in subsequent progress, customer certification, and mass production implementation. Large-scale supply has not yet been achieved, and no corresponding revenue has been generated so far. Previously, the company's stock price rose significantly starting September 7, recording three limit-ups in five trading days. As of the close on September 11, it reported 20.57 yuan, with a turnover rate of 30.75% that day and a transaction value of 3.525 billion yuan. The company warned of overheating trading risk. This is the second time recently that the company has issued a clarification announcement on similar rumors. During the period of consecutive limit-ups in late June, the company made almost exactly the same statement. The company also reminded that market expectations for PCB and copper-clad laminate demand have recently increased, but the company's fundamentals have not undergone major changes, and investors are advised to make rational judgments. In terms of performance, Ultrasonic Electronics achieved revenue of 3.351 billion yuan in the first half of 2026, a year-on-year increase of 10.04%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 113 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.17%.
