SET keeps SP on TSR shares as auditor declines to give conclusion on revised Q1-Q2/2026 statements
The Stock Exchange of Thailand has announced the posting of an SP sign prohibiting trading in shares of TSR Living Solution Public Company Limited, or TSR, from 22 September 2026 onward, because the auditor did not express an opinion on the revised financial statements for the first quarter of 2026 and the second quarter of 2026. The SET stated that TSR remains a security that may be subject to delisting, so the SP sign will remain in place until the company resolves the delisting grounds. Ms. Atittaya Chanarun, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Accounting and Finance Group at TSR, disclosed that the company has already submitted the revised financial statements for both quarters to the SET, revising the auditor's report page and disclosing additional information in the notes to the financial statements regarding the inspection of vending machines, which had a net book value of 20.90 million baht in the first quarter and 13.73 million baht in the second quarter, and that it will record an impairment loss on assets of 4.51 million baht in the third-quarter 2026 financial statements, while the figures in the financial statements are unchanged. For its second-quarter 2026 operating results, the company posted a net loss of 111.20 million baht, compared with a net loss of 85.08 million baht in the second quarter of 2025. Total revenue stood at 181.93 million baht, down 3.31% from the same period a year earlier. As of 30 June 2026, the company had total assets of 1,576.62 million baht and total liabilities of 1,939.60 million baht, resulting in negative shareholders' equity of 362.98 million baht. It has loans from former major shareholders plus accrued interest totaling 1,035.74 million baht, which are in the process of a counterclaim with a witness examination scheduled for October 2026, while debt obligations to financial institutions of another 393.91 million baht are in the process of receiving a principal repayment holiday.
