Yinghe Technology has completed its board reshuffle. Jia Tinggang, Vice President of Shanghai Electric, has been elected Chairman, and He Aibin has been appointed President. According to a company announcement on July 24, the sixth board of directors consists of five non-independent directors and three independent directors, with Jia Tinggang serving as Chairman and Zheng Yingxia as Vice Chairman. At the same time, He Aibin was appointed President, Luo Zeyan, Zhang Sa, and Ni Lei as Vice Presidents, Yang Tonghuan as Vice President and Board Secretary, and Zhu Yeqing as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
