Zhenjiang Dongfang Electric Heating Technology announced on September 28 that Zhao Hailin, due to the re-election of the company's employee representative congress, no longer serves as an employee representative director on the sixth board of directors, but continues to serve as assistant to the general manager. He directly holds 84,000 company shares and holds a 1.011 million yuan stake in the 2023 employee stock ownership plan. The company also elected Nie Xudong as an employee representative director on the sixth board of directors, with a term from the date of approval by this employee representative congress election until the expiry of the sixth board's term. In the first half of 2026, Zhenjiang Dongfang Electric Heating Technology achieved revenue of 1.338 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 41.07 million yuan.
