Domestic main business revenue rose 24.15% year on year, the Swiss brand SIGG maintained double growth in revenue and profit, and OEM and ODM orders continued to grow year on year. Overall gross margin improved quarter on quarter, mainly due to capacity ramp-up at the Thailand base, localization of the supply chain, and narrowing exchange rate fluctuations. The company said capacity ramp-up at the Thailand base, lower depreciation per unit, and the commissioning of the first phase of the Intelligent Innovation Industrial Park in the second half of the year will provide room for gross margin recovery, and it will adjust its foreign exchange settlement structure to reduce exchange rate disturbances.
